摘 要:采用CFD软件STAR-CD及ES-ICE建立柴油机三维数值计算模型,模拟研究了转速、负荷、增压等因素对进气及缸内气体流动的影响。为了分析螺旋气道进气流通性能,将进气门进气区域划分为4个扇区,并应用一维分析软件GT-Power和试验数据为三维瞬态数值模拟计算提供边界条件和初始条件。研究表明,螺旋进气道存在气流交汇区域,会降低气道流通性能,气门处各扇区进气量及进气波动情况并不一致;涡流强度和缸内湍动能随转速的上升而增加,柴油机采用增压后缸内涡流强度会有一定的提高,但对湍动能的影响较小;而负荷对涡流强度和湍动能的影响都较小。The three-dimensional model of a diesel engine was built by CFD software STARCD and ES-ICE.Analysis is emphasized on the effects of speed,load and supercharge to in-cylinder flow.In order to research the performance of helical intake port,the intake charge region near intake valve was divided into 4 sectors.Both 1D software GT-POWER and experimental data were used to provide boundary conditions and initial conditions for the 3D model.Research results show that there is a flow intersection in the helical intake port,which increases flow resistance.The air inflow and fluctuations of sectors near intake valve are different.Swirl and average turbulent kinetic energy promote with the increasing of engine speed.Supercharge can also strengthen the swirl,but has a less influence on the turbulent kinetic energy.Engine load has little influence on both swirl ratio and turbulent kinetic energy.
