摘 要:针对目前双卧轴搅拌机的参数确定基本建立在试验结果之上的状况,提出其合理转速的理论研究应对叶片上的物料单元分阶段进行。当物料单元处于自落状态时,通过力平衡分析,得出已知机型的合理转速范围为小于1.53 m/s,极限情况可达1.72 m/s;当物料处于挤压状态时,利用流体力学的动量方程,得出普通混凝土粗骨料粒径多种尺寸下的最小转速。综合得出该机型合理转速范围为0.906 3~1.72 m/s。理论分析结果与试验结果推荐的转速基本吻合,为搅拌机参数的确定奠定了理论基础。In the light of the present state which the parameters determination of a twinshaft mixer is set up basically above the experiment results.This paper puts forward the rational rotation speed determination should be researched by stages on the materials on the vane.Based on the force equilibrium analysis of the materials on the vane in falling state,this paper comes to the conclusion that the range of the rational rotation speed of known machine type should be less than 1.53 m/s,could reach 1.72 m/s in the limiting case;While the materials in the state of squeeze,by using momentum equation of hydrodynamics,the minimum rotation speed corresponding to different coarse aggregate size is obtained.Integrating the results above,the paper draws a conclusion that the range of the rational rotation speed of this machine type is between 0.906 3 m/s and 1.72 m/s.The results of the theoretical analyses basically tallied with the experiments recommended. This paper laid a theoretical for the parameters determination of a twin-shaft mixer.
