摘 要:采用声表面波滤波器的发射和接收2个叉指换能器的异频异结构设计,合理选择声表面波滤波器的主信号通带在需要的谐波频率处,错开2个叉指换能器的基波和其他谐波,从而达到抑制无用的基波和其他谐波通带。在相同的设备和工艺条件下,这种谐波工作的声表面波滤波器工作频率能提高1~2倍。文中分析了发射和接收叉指换能器采用异频异结构设计方案的可行性,用计算机模拟出了预期结果,找到了异频异结构的精确设计方法。设计制作了620MHz等声表面波滤波器。观察0~1GHz宽扫频范围,远、近带外阻带抑制一致性很好。Two transmitting and receiving interdigital transducers(IDTs) of surface acoustics wave filter (SAWF) are made with different frequency and structure design, the host signal pass band of SAWF selected reasonably gets along in one harmonic frequency needed, useless base wave and all other harmonic wave pass bands from two IDTs are staggered and greatly restrained as a result, The working frequency of the harmonic SAWF can raise 1 to 2 times under the same equipment and technological conditions. In this paper,The feasibility for different frequency and structure design of transmitting and receiving IDT has been analyzed, Expecting result has been imitated by computer, its accurate design procedures has been found. SAWF with center frequency 620 MHz and more kind are designed and implemented, the near and far stopband rejection from pass band is good consistency at 0~1 GHz sweep frequency range observed.
