摘 要:研究了磺化、氧化稠油化学降粘方法。根据稠油降粘剂评价标准,确定实验条件为:反应温度70℃,反应时间1.5 h,测试温度50℃,测试仪器NDJ-79型旋转粘度计。考察了磺化剂加量、氧化剂加量、表面活性剂加量及碱加量对稠油粘度的影响。确定最佳配方为:磺化剂、氧化剂加量均为4.5%,表面活性剂加量为0.5%,碱加量0.2%。在此条件下,体系的降粘率为22%~36%。Heavy oil was visbroke chemically by sulfonation and oxidation. Accroding to the evaluation criterion for heavy oil breaker,the experimental conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 70 ℃, reaction time 1.5 hours, test temperature 50℃ using NDJ - 79 rotary viscometer as test instrument. The effects of amount of sulfonate, oxidant, surfactant, and alkaline on viscosity of heavy oil were examined. The optimum formulation was as follows: sulfonate 4.5% ,oxidant 4.5% ,suffactant 0.5% ,alkaline 0.2%. The viscosity reduction rate of the system was 22% -36% under the above conditions.
