摘  要:目的:建立苏子中亚油酸和α-亚麻酸的含量测定方法;比较白苏子与紫苏子两种品系的含量差异。方法:采用气相色谱法。ZB-WAX柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm)。流动相为氮气(纯度99.999%),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),分流比为25:1。柱温:190℃。进样口温度为250℃。FID检测器温度250℃;流速:空气450 ml·min^(-1),氢气45 ml·min^(-1)。结果:亚油酸在0.351~17.535μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8(n=6),平均回收率为103.62%,RSD为1.0%;α-亚麻酸在0.270~13.514μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=6),平均回收率为100.88%,RSD为1.3%;结论:测定方法准确、重复性好,可用于苏子中亚油酸与α-亚麻酸的定量测定。Objective: To develop a GC method for determination of α-linolenate acid and linoleic acid, and compare the content in two kinds of seeds of Perillafrutescens (L.) Britf. Method: The samples were separated on an ZB-WAX (30 m ×0. 32 mm,0. 5 μm) column. Purity of nitrogen was (99.999%). Flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^-1 , split ratio was 25: 1. Column temperature was 190℃. Injection temperature was 250℃. The detective temperature of FID was 250℃, the flow rate of air and hydrogen was 450 ml·min^-1 and 45 ml·min^-1 respectively. Result: The linear range of linoleic acid was 0. 351-17. 535 μg(r =0. 999 8 ,n = 6) ,the average recovery was 103.62% ,RSD was 1.0% ;the linear range of α-linolenate acid was 0. 270-13. 514 μg (r =0. 999 9 ,n =6) ,the average recovery was 100. 88% ,RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, and it provides a method basis for Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt.
