摘  要:为改善钢锭头部保温性能,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对模铸高碳钢凝固过程的温度场进行了数值模拟。重点讨论了绝热板不同热导率值与不同宽面厚度值及发热板不同生热率值对钢锭头部保温性能的影响。结果表明,通过增加发热板生热率不能明显改善钢锭头部温度场;绝热板热导率数值符合保温材料性能指标,将其宽面厚度调整为35~40mm能满足钢锭头部保温要求。To improve the thermal insulating properties of the ingot head,temperature field distribution during solidification of high carbon steel was simulated by using the finite element software ANSYS.The effect of different thermal conductivities of the insulated panel with different thicknesses of the wide side,and different heat values of heating sheet on the thermal insulation performance of the ingot head were discussed emphatically.Numerical simulation results showed that temperature field of the ingot head couldn't be significantly improved by increasing the heat values of the heating sheet,the thermal conductivity of insulated panel could meet the performance index of insulation material, while adjusting its thickness to 35~40mm could meet the thermal insulation requirements of the ingot head.
