摘　　要：本文探讨“生态地质环境系统”的基本概念，从环境地质学的观点出发，把地质环境作为一个独立的非生物系统，在自然生态环境与社会生态环境双重影响下，研究地质环境与人类生存环境之间的关系，即生态地质环境系统。作者建议把传统的水文地质、工程地质、环境地质，以及灾害地质、城市地质、农业地质等内容，概括的通称为生态环境地质，并把生态环境地质调查，作为国家基础性工作之一，列入国土资源大调查的计划。本文阐述了生态环境地质调查的主要目标与具体任务，并强调对新技术、新方法与新理论的开发与应用。This paper discuses the basic conceptions of the “eco geological environment systems”,and denotes out from the point of view of environmental geology,that this system is mainly to study the relationship between the geological environment and the human's existing circumstances under the impact both of natural eco environment and social eco environment.The author suggests that the eco environgeological survey would be accepted as one of the fundamental tasks of the great project of the nation wide land and resources investigation.He also denotes out the main objects and research approches of this project and lays stress on the exploration and application of the new technical new methods and new theosies.
