乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移与癌组织雌激素受体、黄体酮受体、Her-2表达的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同年龄乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结转移率与雌激素受体(ER)、黄体酮受体(PR)和Her-2表达的关系。方法回顾性分析259例乳腺癌的临床病理资料,按年龄分成老年组(>60岁)、中年组(36～60岁)和青年组(≤35岁),采用χ2检验分析不同年龄组腋窝淋巴结转移率、ER、PR和Her-2表达率的差异。结果青年组乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移率虽高于中、老年组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。青年组ER表达率低于中、老年组(P<0.05)。青年组PR阳性率低于中、老年组,但各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。青年组Her-2阳性率高于中年组(P<0.05)。结论青年乳腺癌的高腋窝淋巴结转移率与ER低表达和Her-2高表达同时出现,提示前者可能与后二者相关联。Objective To study the correlation between the rate of axillary lymph node metastasis and the positive rate of estrogen receptor （ER）,progesterone receptor （PR） and Her-2 expression in breast cancer patients of different age. Methods The clinical-pathologic data of 259 patients with breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into elderly-group （60 yrs）,middle age-group （36-60 yrs） and young age-group （≤35 yrs）. Chi-square test was used to test the differences among the young,middle and elderly-groups in the rate of axillary lymph node metastasis,positive rate of ER,PR and Her-2 expression. Results The rate of axillary lymph node metastasis was higher in young age-group than in middle age-and elderly-group,but the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. The positive rate of ER expression was lower in young age-group than in the other two groups,the differences among the three groups was statistically significant （P0.05）. The rate of PR expression was lower in young age-group than in the other two groups,but the differences among the three groups was not statistically significant （P0.05）. The rate of Her-2 expression was higher in young age-group than in both middle age-and elderly-group （P0.05）. Conclusion The coincidence of high rate of axillary lymph node metastasis with both low ER and high Her-2 expression rate suggests the possible correlation between the former and the latter two indexes.
