埃兹蛋白和上皮型钙黏蛋白在肾透明细胞癌的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)和上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在肾透明细胞癌及癌旁正常肾组织中的表达及与肿瘤侵袭、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学Elivision方法检测45例肾透明细胞癌组织及相应癌旁正常肾组织中Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达情况。结果:45例癌组织Ezrin异常表达率84.4%(38/45),癌旁正常肾组织Ezrin异常表达率40%(18/45),Ezrin在癌组织中的异常表达明显高于癌旁正常肾组织(χ2=18.9,P<0.005);45例癌组织E-cadherin异常表达率73.3%(33/45),癌旁正常肾组织E-cadherin异常表达率35.6%(16/45),E-cadherin在肾透明细胞癌中的异常表达明显高于癌旁正常肾组织(χ2=12.9,P<0.05);两者呈负相关;Ezrin和E-cadherin的表达与淋巴结转移、静脉瘤栓形成有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、病理分期无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Ezrin和E-cadherin与肾透明细胞癌的浸润转移有关,可能作为预测肾癌转移和判断预后的肿瘤标志物。Objective：To explore the relationship between Ezrin and E-cadherin and clinical pathological parameters,tumor metastasis by detecting the expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer.Methods：Using immunohistochemistry to detect the expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin in clear cell renal cell carcinoma tissues and the normal tissues adjacent cancer.Results：The expression of ezrin protein showed a significant difference between the clear cell renal cell carcinoma（84.4%,38/45） and the adjacent normal renal tissues（40,18/45）（χ^2=18.9,P〈0.05）.The abnormal expression of E-cadherin protein was significantly higher in the clear cell renal cell carcinoma （73.3% ,33/45） than that in adjacent normal renal tissues （35.6%,16/45）（χ^2=12.9,P0.05）.The correlation between the expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin is significant.The peotein expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin were correlated with lymph node involvement,venous tumor thrombus extention （P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between the expression of Ezrin and E-cadherin and the age,gender,size and TNM stage of renal cell carcinoma （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ezrin and E-cadherin are closely related with invasion and metastasis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma,which may be used as markers to predict metastasis and prognosis of the disease.
