摘 要:用含10%聚酰胺的修饰碳糊电极研究了测定色氨酸和酪氨酸的伏安法,发现在0.2mol/L盐酸-醋酸钠底液中色氨酸和酪氨酸有良好的氧化峰响应。结合2.5次微分技术,两种氨基酸的检测浓度线性范围良好,色氨酸和酪氨酸的相对标准偏差分别为5.2%和7.0%,检测限分别为0.024μmol/L和0.034μmol/L。检测特性比文献报道有较大的改善。文中对电极过程进行了讨论。The determination of tryptophan and tyrosine has been studied by a polyamide_modified carbon paste electrode. There are good voltammetric responses for those amino acids in supporting electrolyte of 0.2 mol/L HCl-CH3COONa(pH=3.0). Combining 2.5th order differential technique, the method has a good linearity for both amino acids. A relative standard deviation of 5.2% for tryptophan and of 7.0% for tyrosine were obtained, detection limit of 0.024 μmol/L for tryptophan and of 0.034 μmol/L for tyrosine were achieved, respectively. The electrode mechanism was investigated.
