摘 要:目的:研究癫痫患者丙戊酸血药浓度的影响因素及血药浓度与疗效的关系。方法:采用气相色谱法对317例癫痫患者进行丙戊酸血药浓度监测,分析性别、年龄、体质量日剂量、剂型与(CSS/D)的关系以及合并用药对丙戊酸血药浓度的影响。结果:通过方差分析,性别组P>0.05;年龄、体质量日剂量组及不同剂型组P<0.05;合并卡马西平组的平均血药浓度比单服丙戊酸组的低;回归分析体质量日剂量是最主要影响因素。结论:性别对丙戊酸浓度无影响,年龄、体质量日剂量、剂型对丙戊酸浓度有重要意义,其中体质量日剂量的影响最显著,同时合并用药亦可影响丙戊酸的血药浓度。OBJECTIVE To study the influencing factors of valproic acid (VPA)serum concentrauon in pauents wire epnepsy and the relalions between VPA serum concentration and clinic effect. METHODS Valproic acid serum concentration of epileptic (CSS)was monitored by gas chromatography, and to evaluate the influence of gender, age, standard dosage(D),dosage form on the specific value of serum concentration and standard dosagc(CSS/D), also the relation between combining use of drugs and serum concentration can be analyzed. RESULTS Variance analysis results showed thai gender had no siganificant differences(P〉0. 05) ; there were significant, difference in group of age, standard dosage and dosage form (P〈0. 05). The average serum concentrations of combining carbarnazepine was lower than the group taking VPA only; standard dosage was the main influencing factor by regression analysis. CONCLUSION Age, standard dosage, dosage form can effect valproic acid serum con- centrations, especially standard dosage but gender, and combining use of drugs also is an influencing factor.
