摘 要:本文用红外光谱法测定了天蚕茧层丝蛋白结构,发现新的天蚕茧某种程度被氧化,且河南天蚕茧比东北天蚕茧氧化更甚些。确认龙蚝天蚕不同于东北及河南天蚕茧层丝蛋白结构,而是一种新的蚕丝蛋白。用柞蚕茧氧化实验证明了东北及河南天蚕茧1530cm-1谱峰强度降低的原因及其1320cm-1和770cm-1两谱峰的由来,并对后面两个谱峰给予了归属。建立了桑蚕、柞蚕、龙蚝天蚕、东北及河南天蚕茧丝蛋白结构鉴别的红外光谱方法。Here the silk protein structure of antheraea yamamai cocoon shell was investigated by IR spectrum.It was found that the fresh cocoon of antheraea yamamai had been oxidized to some extent,and the oxidization was more easily in antheraea yamamai of Henan than Northeast.It was proved that the silk protein structure of rodinia fugax cocoon was different from antheraea yamamai of Northeast (including Henan).It is a new silk protein.The reason for weakening the intensity of the spectral peak of 1530cm -1 and the origin of the two peaks of 1320cm -1 and 770cm -1 were illustrated by the oxidization experiment of antheraea pernyi cocoon.At the same time,the later peaks were assigned.A method to identify the silk protein structure of bombyx mori,antheraea pernyi,rodinia fugax.Antheraea yamamai of Northeast and antheraea yamamai cocoon of Henan by IR specirum was established.
