摘　　要：混沌理论是非线性动力系统的新理论。通过概述混沌的含义及其特征,分析了图书馆人力资源管理系统所具有的混沌特性,进而探讨了混沌理论在图书馆人力资源管理方面的应用。Chaos Theory is a new one for nonlinear dynamical system.This paper analyses the chaotic characteristics in the library human resource management system by summarizing the meaning of chaos and its characteristics.The author further discusses the application in the library human resource management.
