摘　　要：大学图书馆对馆员间的同伴互助重视不够,对这一问题的研究也很少。本文从图书馆员同伴互助的内涵、对图书馆发展的意义、组合方式、类型、保障及同伴互助中矛盾的化解等几个方面对大学图书馆员同伴互助的问题进行了初步探讨。University libraryies have paid insufficient attention to helping each other of peer-librarians,and the study of this question are few.In this paper,peer-meaning librarians,peer-significance for the development of the library,the combination of peer-way peer-type peer-peer mutual protection and to resolve conflicts in several areas of the university librarian peer-issues discussed.
