对剥壳再生粗骨料混凝土受弯构件裂缝的研究

摘　　要：对常用于配制再生混凝土的再生粗骨料进行二次加工,将其表面黏结的水泥砂浆剥去,得到了新型的剥壳再生粗骨料,利用其所配制的混凝土制作钢筋混凝土受弯构件,在受弯条件下进行裂缝宽度测试。试验证明:由于剥壳再生粗骨料性能的改善,配制的混凝土具有较好的相关性能,解决了目前废弃混凝土再生利用存在的技术问题。Recycled coarse aggregate that in common use confecting recycled concrete is processed for the second time,shucking off cement mortars that affixes to recycled coarse aggregate surface,getting the rind of new-type recycled coarse aggregate,takes advantage of its making the formulated concrete beams of reinforced concrete,takes crack width tests in the Bending conditions.Test indicates the formulated concrete related properties has improved because of the rind of recycled coarse aggregate being the Better performance,which solves the current waste concrete recycling existing technical problems.
