摘 要:目的:优选浊淋清胶囊中牡丹皮挥发油的提取工艺及β-环糊精包合物的包合工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以挥发油提取率为指标,粉碎粒度、浸泡时间、加水量为因素优选牡丹皮挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油利用率和包合物收率为指标,β-环糊精与挥发油的比例、包合温度、搅拌时间为因素优选β-环糊精包合工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎粒度24目,加15倍量的水,浸泡30min;β-环糊精最佳包合工艺为加8倍量的β-环糊精,加热温度50℃,搅拌包合2h。结论:该工艺简单、快速,挥发油提取率及β-环糊精包合物中挥发油利用率、包合物收得率均较高,适合工业化生产。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oils from Paeonia suffruticosa in Zhuolinqing capsule and preparation process of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD). METHODS: The extraction technology of volatile oils from P. suffruticosa was optimized by orthogonal test with the yield of volatile oils as index and with granularity, immersion time and amount of water as factors. Preparation process of β-CD was optimized with utilization ratio and yield of volatile oils as index and with the ratio of β-CD to volatile oils, preparation temperature and mixing time as factors. RESULTS: The optimum extraction process was as follows: screen mesh of 24, adding 15-folds water, immersing for 30 min. The optimized preparation technology was adding 8-foldsβ-CD, inclusion temperature of 50 ℃ and mixing for 2 h. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and rapid with high extraction rate of volatile oils and high yield of inclusion complex, which is suitable for industrial production.
