摘　　要：全球金融危机,就业市场萎缩,高校大学生就业形势严峻,提高大学生的社会适应能力是高校面对的重要问题。公共关系具有独特的育人功能。运用公关理念,通过社会现象、案例剖析,课堂讨论等形式,就培养大学生的公关意识、涵养沟通协调能力、提高综合素质等进行了探索。One of important questions faced by universities is improvement of students＇ social adaptation because global financial crisis, shrinking job market and grim employment situation. The science of public relations has a unique educational function. The paper has explored on cultivating the consciousness of public relations, communication skills and comprehensive quality in university students through applying the idea of public relations, analyzing social phenomena and cases, and classroom discussion.
