摘　　要：目的进一步探讨和实践病案流通领域数字化管理的新方法。方法将计算机技术、条形码技术、网络技术引入流通控制过程,运用新旧流通方法对比。结果达到病案示踪100%的精确定位,实现病案"零丢失"。结论实现病案示踪计算机网络数字化管理,提高工作效率和服务质量,对促进医院科学化、标准化、现代化建设具有深远意义。Objective To further explore and apply the new ways of digitized management in medical records circulation fields. Methods Computer technology,barcode technology and network technology were introduced into the circulation control of medical records and comparisons were conducted between new and old circulation methods. Results Tracing and positioning of medical records were exact by 100%,achieving ＂zero loss.＂ Conclusion Computerized,networked and digitized management of medical records tracing,further to improve the work efficiency and service quality,had profound significance in promoting the scientific,standardized and modernized constructions of a hospital.
