摘 要:目的分析正畸治疗中微螺钉种植支抗成败的原因。方法对356颗微螺钉的成败状况进行分析,比较不同性别、年龄、部位种植钉植入后松动率的差异。结果 356颗种植钉中有51颗出现松动,平均松动率为14.32%。其中,儿童组、成人组男女种植钉松动率均无统计学差异;儿童组总松动率与成人组总松动率以及儿童和成人双侧种植钉同时松动的发生率均有统计学差异。结论种植支抗的松动与患者、术者及加载因素有关。为避免种植失败,术前应评估受植区骨密度及患者口腔卫生状况,同时术者正确操作,避免支抗瞬间受力过大,尽最大可能增强支抗的稳定性。Objective To analyze the reason why Micro-Implant Anchorage (MIA) cannot stay stability during orthodontic treatment sometimes.Methods The failure rate of 356 micro-implants for anterior teeth retraction was analyzed.All cases were sorted into male group and female group by gender, as well as children group and adult group by age.The difference of failure rates was compared between male group and female group, as was done between children group and adult group.Besides, the incidence of failure in both sides of one patient was also compared between children group and adult group.The data was analyzed by Chi-square with SPSS 17.0 software package.Results Totally 51 micro-implants failed and the average failure rate was 14.32%.No significant difference was found between different gender groups.The difference was significant between different age groups.The incidence of failure in both sides was also significant.Conclusion There is significant relationship between the stability of micro-implants and patients' factor, operators' factor and loading factor.To avoid failing,we should evaluate the patients' bone density and oral hygiene before operation, also, we should standardize the operations, in short, we'd better try our best to make the implant stable during orthodontic treatment.
