摘 要:天津海河蚌埠桥为空间钢结构桥梁,平面呈反对称结构,主桥结构和两侧行人辅桥结构由空间纵、横拱网状构造支撑并提供连接。指出各个支座具有不同的受力特点,通过试验获得支座的承载能力系数,来评价设计的安全性。另外通过1∶2.5模型试验,获得了大吨位支承构件的极限承载力和关键部位的位移及应变,分析该桥的安全性。蚌埠桥采用了铝合金桥面板的结构形式,利用静力加载试验、振动特性试验、冲击荷载试验、疲劳试验以及耐腐蚀试验,验证了铝合金板满足使用要求。Tianjin Haihe Bengbu Bridge is dissymmetrical steel bridge of three dimensions beam-arch combination system.Its bearing capacity depends upon two groups of spatial structures which consist of longer on,crossbeam,longitudinal arches and transverse arches.The bridge is complex for mechanical and tectonic consideration.It is indicated that the load-bearing behavior of the supports of this bridge are instinctive from each other,and experiment was carried out to get the bearing capacity coefficient to evaluate the safety of the bridge.By 1∶2.5-scale model experiment,the bearing capacity and displacement and strains for key parts of large-tonnage support components are indicated to analyze the safety of the bridge.Tianjin Haihe Bengbu bridge firstly uses the aluminum alloy bridge in domestic,and static loading experiment,vibrating experiment,impact loading experiment,fatigue experiment and anticorrosion experiment were carried out to verify that the aluminum alloy plate met usage requirement.
