阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的泌乳素水平分析

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者经阿立哌唑治疗后泌乳素水平的变化。方法选择符合CC-MD-3诊断标准的住院精神分裂症患者113例,来自新乡医学院第二附属医院在2009年5月至2009年11月首次住院的患者。健康对照组113例,利用酶联免疫法对对照组和患者治疗前后泌乳素水平测定。结果精神分裂症患者治疗前后血清泌乳素水平之间没有显著性差异(t=0.517,P=0.605);结论患者服用抗精神病药物阿立哌唑后,血清泌乳素水平没有明显变化。Objective The current study is to investigate the change of the prolactin level after being treated by Aripiprazole. Methods 113 schizophrenics who were diagnosed according to CCMD-3 were the hospitalization in the Second Affiliated Hospital of XinXiang Medical university in the period of May in 2009 and November in 2009. 113 health adults were acted as control group . To survey the patients’prolactin level from prior treatment to post-treatment used by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay; Results There was no significant difference in the prolactin level in serum from prior treatment to post-treatment（ t = 0. 517,P = 0. 605） ; Conclusion There was no significant difference in the prolactin level in serum from prior treatment to post-treatment after they were treated by Aripiprazole.
