摘　　要：目的：研究脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）对椎基底动脉供血不足（ＶＢＩ）患者的诊断及康复评定价值。方法：对８０例ＶＢＩ患者（疾病组）和３６例健康人（对照组）行ＢＡＥＰ检查，测量Ｉ～Ｖ各波峰潜伏期（ＰＬ）和峰间潜伏期（ＩＰＬ），采用ｔ检验对两组检查结果进行比较并分析疾病组异常表现。结果：疾病组Ⅲ－ＶＩＰＬ、Ⅲ－Ｖ／Ｉ－Ⅲ比值（Ｐ＜０．００１）以及Ｖ波ＰＬ、Ⅲ－ＶＩＰＬ（Ｐ＜０．０５）均较对照组增大。ＢＡＥＰ异常率为８１％，其中脑干型异常占６２％。各指标中，Ⅲ－Ｖ／Ｉ－Ⅲ＞１最常见，占４６％。结论：本组资料提示ＶＢＩ患者以桥脑中上部缺血较重，Ⅲ－Ｖ／Ｉ－Ⅲ比值是反映脑干缺血的敏感指标，ＢＡＥＰ为ＶＢＩ的诊断及康复评定提供了有价值的依据，值得深入研究。Objective:To determine the value of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)for diagnosis and Evalution of vertebrobasilar insfficiency(VBI).Methods:80 patients with VBI(experiment group) and 36 health persons(control group) were included and assessed by BAEP in the study.The peak latency(PL) and interpeak latency (IPL) of wave I～V were measured.The statistical analysis of date was carried out by “t” test.the abnormal manifestations of the patients were analysed.Results:The result indicated that the Ⅲ-V IPL,the ratio of Ⅲ-V/I-Ⅲ,and the ware VPL.Ⅲ-V IPL were increasecl significantly in experiment group,as compared with control group (P<0.01).The abnormal rate of BAEP was 81%,including 62% brainstem type.In the BAEP indexes,Ⅲ-V/I-Ⅲ>1 was the commonest,including 46%.Conclusion:It issuggested that the ischemia of middle and upper part of the pons was more severe,Ⅲ-V/I-Ⅲ rate was a sensitive index for brainstem ischemia.BAEP could provide a valuable evidene for diagnosis and rehabilitation assessment of VBI,the further investigation should be needed.
