锌离子直流电导入治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的实验和临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨锌离子直流电导入对单纯疱疹性角膜炎（ＨＳＫ）的疗效。方法：将家兔实验性ＨＳＫ原发感染模型５６眼分为３组，分别应用锌离子直流电导入、无环鸟苷滴眼剂（ＡＣＶ）点眼和单纯直流电治疗。并对复发性ＨＳＫ患者１９９眼，分别用锌离子直流电导入、ＡＣＶ点眼和二者联合治疗。结果：对家兔实验性ＨＳＫ，锌离子导入组的疗效优于ＡＣＶ点眼组和单纯直流电组，表现为显效快，疗程短。对浅层型和深层型ＨＳＫ患者，锌离子导入组的疗效与ＡＣＶ点眼相仿，但联合治疗组可提高疗效。临床随访２年，锌离子导入组复发率为１０％，ＡＣＶ组２０％，联合治疗组１１％。结论：锌离子直流电导入法是对各型ＨＳＫ均有效的简易眼局部治疗方法，能降低该病的复发率。Objective:To explore the effect of Zn-iontophoresis on herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods:First, the experimental rabbits with HSK(56 eyes) were randomly divided into three groups: Zn-iontophoresis group(20 eyes), ACV eye-drip group(20 eyes) and galvanism group(16 eyes). At the same time, the clinical practice was carried out, too. 199 cases with relapse HSK were respectively treated with Zn-iontophoresis, ACV eye-drip and Zn-iontophoresis plus ACV eye-drip treatment to observe their effect.Results:On experimental HSK rabbits, the effect of Zn-iontophoresis was better than that of the others. The effect of Zn-iontophoresis was rapidly presented, the course of treatment was shortened greatly.Through the clinical observation, the effect of Zn-iontophoresis in superficial HSK and deep HSK patients was similiar to that of ACV eye-drip group. But the effect of combining treatment was higher than the others. After two years of follow up, the recurrent rate of Zn-iontophoresis, ACV eye-drip and combining treatment was respectively 10%, 20% and 11%.Conclusion:It is showed that the Zn-iontophoresis is an effective and simple therapy for herpes simplex keratitis. It may reduce the recurrent rate.
