摘　　要：目的：研究高压氧（ＨＢＯ）对帕金森综合征（Ｐａｒｋｉｎｓｏｎｉｓｍ）小鼠模型脑组织多巴胺（Ｄｏｐａｍｉｎｅ，ＤＡ）的作用。方法：Ｃ５７ＢＬ小鼠４９只，随机分为８组，对照组和模型组各半。用Ｎ－甲基苯四氢吡啶（ＭＰＴＰ）方法制备模型。ＨＢＯ处理与非处理组各半。模型组中ＨＢＯ处理的二组分别于造模后１日及７日开始ＨＢＯ治疗，连续７次后处死。取其纹状体及黑质部位脑组织测定ＤＡ含量，统计学处理采用方差分析及ｔ检验。结果：模型组中ＨＢＯ与非ＨＢＯ处理组脑组织ＤＡ含量差异有显著性，均Ｐ＜０．０５。结论：ＨＢＯ对帕金森综合征小鼠模型的治疗作用可能与恢复ＤＡ耗竭有关。Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on dopamine of cerebral tissue in experimental mice suffered from Parkinsonism .Methods:49 mice with type-C 57 BL were randomly divided into eight groups:The control group and model group were four groups respectively.The model mice were formed by MPTP method;Among them,two groups weren't HBO treatment and other two groups were consecutively trerted with HBO 7 days after the 1st and 7th day of model formation .Then,the mice were killed and the level of dopamine in striate body and black substance of cerebral tissue was measured.Variance analysis was adopted.Results:There was a significant difference(P<0.05) in the dopamine level of cerebral tissue between the HBO therapy mice and non-HBO treatment mice in model group.Conclusion:It is suggested that the mechanism of HBO for treating the Parkinsonism is related to the level of dopamine,the HBO may return the dopamine level to normal standard.
