摘  要:大规模风电入网,是当前内蒙古电网面临的主要问题之一。研究风电负荷特性对电网调度的影响,得出全网风电极小值对电网运行影响最大的结论。分析风电功率预测在电网运行管理中的作用,提出风电预测的超短期、短期和中期预测相结合的模式,用于电网调度部门的风电运行管理,降低风电对电网的冲击。说明采用电网调峰容量接纳风电,可以大幅度降低电网接纳风电的风险;并指出应按照风电跨省、跨区接纳方式,设计适用于风电运行管理的扁平化调度模式。Currently, the integrating of large-scale wind power is one of the main problems that Inner Mongolia power grid is faced with. According to the analysis of the characteristics of wind power load and their impact on dispatching, it was concluded that the greatest impact that the wind power brings to the gird operation is the theoretical minimum of the wind power in the grid. By analyzing the function of wind power forecasting in grid dispatching, a new mode of wind power forecasting was proposed, which is combined with the ultra-short-term, short term and medium term. The mode can be used in the wind power operation and dispatching, and can significantly reduce the impact of wind power to the grid. It was revealed that using power regulating capacity to accept wind power can lower the accepting risk and increase the capacity of wind power. Considering country's new energy planning, a method of the acceptance of wind power by interregional transfer and its dispatching model were proposed.
