摘  要:目的探讨快速双回波自旋序列(Pd+T2_tse)在立体定向丘脑毁损术治疗帕金森病中MR靶点定位的参数选择和临床应用价值。方法本院2008年1月~2010年1月行立体定向丘脑毁损术的33例帕金森病人(男25例,女8例),安装Leksell立体定向仪后,选择合适的参数扫描,然后导入Surgiplan立体定向计划系统(简称SPS),行术中脑深部微电极记录电生理验证后,进行丘脑Vim和Vo核的射频毁损,术后MR复查进行验证靶点的准确性。结果 33例病例MRI扫描均在同一层面显示AC、PC,基底节区各灰质团边界及其内囊、视束等毗邻结构显示清晰,MR图像资料皆顺利导入SPS手术计划系统。结论采用Pd+T2_tse序列,磁共振成像系统对靶点定位更加快速和精确。Objective To optimize the parameter selection of Pd+T2_tse based stereotactic thalamotomy for Parkinson disease.Methods 33 patients with Parkinson disease(male 25,female 8 cases)were collected from this hospital between January 2008 and January 2010.All patients received MRI scans after installed Leksell stereotactic instrument in appropriate parameter.The MRI data was processed in Surgiplan system and the targets are aimed and profiled,finally derogated the Vim and Vo of thalamous with radiofrequency.All patients received MRI scans again to verify the accuracy of the target.Results The structure of AC and PC was displayed well on a single MR image in all 33 patients.33 cases were imported SPS very successful and displayed the grey-matter nucleus of basal ganglia,internal capsule and optic tract.Conclusion With Pd+T2_tse,MRI is accurate in targets location and more quickly.
