适时的心理干预对消化内镜检查前患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察适时的心理干预对消化内镜检查前患者的影响。方法对需进行消化内镜检查患者在检查前3d,1d及2h进行心理干预,应用Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)在患者入院后及检查前30min对患者进行问卷调查。结果消化内镜检查前实施心理干预,患者的焦虑状态和抑郁表现较入院时轻(P<0.05),其干预效果以检查前1d进行最为明显。结论适时的心理干预对减轻消化内镜检查前患者的精神压力有很大帮助。Objective To observe the influence of timely mental intervention on patients before the examination of digestive endoscopy.Methods The patients receiving mental intervention in 3 days, 1 day and 2 hours before the examination of digestive endoscopy, questionnaire survey of Zung＇s anxiety self-evaluation scale（SAS） and depression self-evaluation scale（SDS） in patients who are newly hospitalized and 30 minutes before the examination.Results Mental intervention on patients before examination of digestive endoscopy, the patient＇s anxiety and depression to reduce than the time of Hospitalization （P0.05）, The most significant effect of mental intervention in 1 day before the examination of digestive endoscopy.Conclusion The timely mental intervention before the examination of digestive endoscopy can effectually alleviate the patients＇ mental stress.
