摘　　要：观察比较大鼠心室与左心室α１肾上腺素受体３种亚型的分布。方法：放射配体结合实验。结果；大鼠心室与左心房每毫克蛋白中α１－ＡＲ含量分别为（８１±１３）ｆｍｏｌ和（８６±１５）ｆｍｏｌ；在心室和左心室α１－ＡＲ的３种亚型α１Ａ－，α１Ｂ－和α１Ｄ－ＡＲ分别约占受体总密度的２５，４５％和３０％。The distribution of three subtypes ofα_1-adrenoceptor in ventricle and atrium of rats was investigated. Methods: Radioligand binding assay was performed. Results: The contents of α_1-adrenoceptor were (81±13) fmol/mg, (86 ± 15) fmol/mg protein in ventricle and left atrium from Wistar rats, respectively. The ratios of subtype α_1A-, α_1B- and α_1D-adrenoceptor in ventricle or atrium were 25 %, 45 % and 30%, respectively. Conclusion: The density of total α_1-adrenoceptor and its three subtypes in atrium were comparable with those in ventricle of rats.
