摘 要:探讨Y染色体在葡萄胎中的出现率及其遗传学意义。方法;采用3对引物对大体病理完全性和部分性葡萄胎共41例标本扩增Y染色体长臂,短臂有和着丝粒区特异DNA序列,结果:28例完全性葡萄胎中Y阳性者6例,13例部分性葡萄胎中Y染色体阳性者4例,统计学检验两类葡萄胎间Y染色体出现率差异无显著性。To investigate the presence of Y chromosome in hydatidiform mole (HM) and its genetic significance. Methods: The specific DNA sequences of the long arm, short arm and the centromere area of Y chromosome in 41 HM samples were amplified by using PCR with three pairs of primers of DYZ Ⅰ, DYZ Ⅲ and SRY, respectively. Results: Y specific DNA sequences of DYZ Ⅰ, DYZ Ⅲ and SRY all positive were 6 (21. 4% ) in 28 complete hydatidiform moles (CHM) and 4 (30. 8 % ) in 13 partials' (PHM), respectively. Conclusion: Y presence rate is of no significance between CHM and in 13 PHM, which suggests that there is not much correlationship between pathologic and genetic classifications of HMs.
