涎腺上皮组织源性肿瘤中肥大细胞的定量形态学观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨肥大细胞与涎腺上皮组织源性良恶性肿瘤的关系。方法：采用图像分析系统，对５５例涎腺良恶性肿瘤及正常组织中肥大细胞的分布、形态进行了观察，测定肥大细胞的数目、大小。结果：肥大细胞在恶性肿瘤中分布、形态及功能活性均不同于正常组织和良性肿瘤，主要表现在细胞分布范围广、呈密集状态、形态不一、大小不等和脱颗粒现象多见等方面；恶性肿瘤中肥大细胞在单位面积内的最大分布密度和细胞体积要大于正常组织。结论：肥大细胞在涎腺上皮组织源性恶性肿瘤中，功能活性增高。Objective:This paper was to explore the relationship between mast cell and salivary glandular epitheliogenic tumor. [WT5”HZ〗Methods:We determined the number, size,distribution,and shape of mast cell in 55 cases with epitheliogenic carcinoma, using Image Analysis System. [WT5”HZ〗Results:The distribution, shape and function mast cells were different between benign and malignant tumors. The maximal distributive density in unit area and volume of mast cell were larger in malignant tumor than that in normal tissue. Conclusion:[WT5”BZ〗The functional activity of mast cell increased in epitheliogenic cancer of salivary glands. [WT5”HZ〗
