摘　　要：阐述了变径管内高压成形技术的研究现状及发展趋势,介绍了其预成形技术,成形基本原理,管材性能要求,并对模具结构进行了说明。对其产业化应用进行了分析,内高压成形技术在汽车轻量化方面有着广泛的应用。The research status and development trend of internal high pressure forming technology for tapered reducing pipe fittings were described.The preshaping technique and basic principles were presented in detail,including the introduction of the performance requirement for pipes and die structure.Finally,analysis was made on its application in automobile lightening and industrialization.
