摘 要:目的探讨PINCH蛋白和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化ABC法检测23例正常子宫内膜、18例不典型增生子宫内膜和50例子宫内膜癌中PINCH蛋白和COX-2蛋白的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果 PINCH蛋白在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌间质中的阳性表达率分别为17.4%、38.8%、72.0%,呈现逐渐增高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2蛋白在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜和子宫内膜癌上皮中的阳性表达率分别为26.1%、61.1%、80.0%,呈现逐渐增高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PINCH蛋白及COX-2蛋白阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌的分期、淋巴结转移、组织学类型、肌层浸润深度、病理分级等无明显相关性(P>0.05),PINCH蛋白的表达与雌激素作用时间有关(P<0.05)。PINCH蛋白与COX-2蛋白的表达呈正相关(r=0.468,P<0.05)。结论 PINCH、COX-2与子宫内膜癌的发生相关,在子宫内膜癌中二者表达有明显相关性,为肿瘤基因治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of PINCH protein and COX-2 protein in the endometrial cancer.Methods PINCH protein and COX-2 protein were detected in 23 cases of normal endometria,18 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 50 cases of endometrial cancer by immunohistochemistry ABC method.Results The positive expression of PINCH protein in normal endometria,atypical hyperplasia,endometrial cancer were 17.4%,38.8% and 72.0%respectively.The expression was increased gradually.There existed significant differences between them (P0.05).The positive expression of COX-2 protein in normal endometria,atypical hyperplasia,endometrial cancer were 26.1%,61.1%and 80.0%respectively,The expression was increased gradually.There existed signi ficant differences between them(P0.05).The positive expression of PINCH and COX-2 protein had no significant correlation with endometrial cancer staging,metastasis of lymph node,histology type,pathology grade(P0.05). There were positive correlation between the expression of PINCH protein and COX-2 protein(r=0.468,P0.05) Conclusion There are positive correlation between PINCH and COX-2 in development of endometrial cancer.There are close correlation between their expression and they may be as alternative choice as the target for tumor gene therapy.
