摘　　要：目的建立五黄膏中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为270nm。结果没食子酸的线性范围为0.1892～1.892μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.22%。结论本法高效、快速、灵敏,可作为五黄膏质量控制的有效方法。Objective To set up a method for determining the content of gallic acid in Wuhuang Gao.Methods HPLC separation was performed by gradient eluting with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid at theflow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The linear range of gallic acid was0.189 2～1.892 μg, r =0.999 9. The average recovery rate was 99.2%, RSD=1.22%. Conclusion The methodis highly effective, quick and sensitive, and suitable for quality control of Wuhuang Ointments.
