福建荸荠枯萎病病原菌鉴定

摘　　要：荸荠枯萎病是一种毁灭性病害，近几年在闽南发生严重。为明确该病的病原，于１９９４～１９９６年在福建省龙海市荸荠产区采集枯萎病标样２５８份，经分离培养、致病力测定和形态特征观察等试验表明，此病原是尖孢镰刀菌（Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｏｘｙｓｐｏｒｕｍ），分离频率达１００％。A destructive disease,Chinese water chestnut wilt has been found seriously in the south Fujian recent years.In order to determine the pathogen of this disease, during 1994 to 1996, 258 wilted samples of water chestnut were collected from Longhai city in Fujian province. According to the experiments of culture,pathogenicity and morphology, the pathogen was identified to be Fusarium oxysporum, frequency of separation was about 100%.
