摘  要:为了实现盾构在不同地质情况下掘进的土压平衡自适应控制,研制功能更加完善、可靠性更高的掘进监控系统,根据盾构施工的可靠监测和自动控制要求,采用集中监测和分布控制相结合的模式设计了基于工业网络架构的盾构监控系统,并详细分析了监控系统软硬件的结构特点.针对盾构监控过程中的土压平衡技术,采用基于土层识别的自适应控制方法,以不同地层中的试验数据为依据,建立盾构施工的专家经验库,实现掘进过程中的土压自适应控制.整套监控系统软件通过LabVIEW和Matlab联合开发来实现.该监控系统经测试运行良好,人机界面直观,操作性好,系统安全性和可靠性高,为先进盾构掘进监控系统的研制和掘进过程的自动化管理奠定了基础.According to data monitoring and automation requirements of shield construction, the monitoring system of shield machine based on industrial network architecture is designed by a combinative model of centralized monitoring and distributed control, then the structural characteristics of the hardware and software of the monitoring system was analysed in detail. Aimed at the earth pressure balance technology in the monitoring progress of the shield, the expertise database based on experimental data of different stratum has been established by the adaptive control method based on the soil identification to achieve the adaptive control of earth pressure in the process of shield tunneling. The monitoring software programs are developed by the combination of LabVIEW and Matlab, and the results show that the human-machine interface of the monito- ring system with good maneuverability and high security and reliability is intuitive.
