摘 要:目的比较两种植物来源金果榄药材降血糖作用。方法选用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,以二甲双胍作为阳性对照药,将青牛胆、金果榄两种植物来源的金果榄药材的半仿生煎煮提取液灌服小鼠,通过检测模型小鼠给药前后血糖水平,计算血糖下降百分率,对二者降糖作用进行比较。结果青牛胆与金果榄均具有显著的降血糖作用,其血糖下降百分率均明显高于模型对照组,且青牛胆高剂量组血糖下降百分率高于金果榄高剂量组。结论青牛胆降血糖作用优于金果榄。Objective Compare the hypoglycemia effect of Tinospora capillipes Gagnep and Tinospora sagittata ( Oliv. ) Gagnep. Methods The hyperglycemia model in mice was induced by alloxan,and the mice were i. g. administered with the semi-bionic extracts of T. capillipes and T. sagittata. The metformin was fed as a positive control. The hypoglycemic effects of two extracts were compared by testing blood sugar levels before and after administration,and the percentage of decrease. Results Both T. sagittata and T. capillipes showed significant hypoglycemic effect,while,high-dose of T. sagittata decreased blood sugar more obviously than that of T. capillipes group. Conclusion The hypoglycemia effects of T. sagittata are better than that of T. capillipes.
