摘　　要："亚当·斯密问题"实际上是两个学派即历史学派和边际效用学派围绕着斯密的经济学理论的争论和对立。它包含了极为丰富的内容,我们可以从宏观、中观和微观三个层面来解读,并试着结合斯密所处的时代背景,从斯密对经济与伦理的关系的把握中,梳理出解决斯密问题的伦理学解决思路。＂Adam Smith Problem＂ is actually the controversy and opposition around Simth’s economic theory,which stands two schools of thought： the Historical School and the Marginal Utility School.It contains a very rich content,so we can interpret it from the three views of macroscopic,the middle,microcosmic,and try to hackle the ethical solution of Adam Smith Problem from Smith’ s comprehension of relationship between economy and ethics,which based on the era in which smith live.
