玻璃体切割术中重水及曲安奈德的应用价值

摘　　要：目的观察重水及曲安奈德(TA)在玻璃体切割术中的应用价值。方法对21例(21只眼)在玻璃体切割手术前注入重水及曲安奈德,再行玻璃体切割术,观察其临床效果。结果 21只眼应用此方法,手术时间缩短。19只眼视网膜复位,1只眼陈旧性视网膜脱离未复位,1只眼部分复位。术后3个月患者视力有不同程度提高。结论先注入重水后行玻璃体切割术,同时联合玻璃体腔内注射TA,手术更易操作,缩短了手术时间,对视网膜损伤小,并发症少,术后炎症反应轻。Objective To observe the effect of the improved application of deuteroxide and TA in vitrectomy.Methods 21 patients of retinal detachment were treated with the first injection of deuteroxide and TA,after vitrectomy,observing its clinical effects.Results 21 patients（21 eyes） were used this method and were found the operative time was shortened,19 eyes were cured,1 eye was partly cured,1 eye was not cured.it is easy to see that the retinal function recovered relatively fast.Conclusion First injected deuteroxide,then injected TA into vitreous body while operating the vitrectomy.As a result,the surgery is easy to handle,meanwhile it shortened the operative time,and did less damage to the retina.There were hardly any complicating diseases and no side effects after the surgery.
