摘　　要：目的：加强乳腺癌患者围术期的健康教育，最大限度地提高患者的生活质量。方法：对98例患者入院时、手术前、手术后、出院前进行口头宣教、书面方式、示范演示、有经验的病人现身说法四种途径施行教育。结果：98例患者均痊愈出院，未发生并发症。结论：加强围手术期的健康教育是提高手术效果，减少并发症的重要环节之一。Objective：The enhancement breast cancer patient encircles the technique time the health education, maximum limit improves patient＇s quality of life. Methods： After in front of before 98 example patient in hospital when, the surgery, the surgery,the out of hospital carries on the oral propaganda,the written way, the demonstration demonstrates,the experienced patient offers one＇s experiences as an example four way execution education. Results：98 example patients convalesce the out of hospital, has not had the complication. Conclusion：The enhancement encircles the surgery time the health education enhances the surgery effect,reduces one of complication important links.
