摘　　要：目的：因多发的交通事故和自然灾害所造成的小腿骨一筋膜室综合征能及时正确诊断治疗，以挽救患者的肢体和生命。方法：对轻度患者平卧休息、对症治疗;中度应用脱水剂、维持水电平衡、抗感染；重度切开减张、纠正酸中毒、预防肾衰等全身综合治疗。结果：本组32例患者全部治愈康愎。结论：必须对本病高度重视，争分夺秒解除外压力，迅速转送、及时切开减张，避免筋膜室内肌肉缺血一水肿恶性循环，积极全身治疗，加强宣教，提高心理素质，避免运动损伤。Objective：Because sends the traffic accident and the natural disaster create the small pin bone -- fascia room synthesis drafts can the prompt correct diagnosis treatment, saves the patient the body and the life. Methods： To mild patient horizontal rest,just right for the illness treatment ;Moderate application dehydrator, maintenance water and electricity balance, anti--infection;The specific weight incision reduces opens, the correction acidosis, the prevention kidney fades and so on the whole body complex therapies. Results：This group of 32 example patient cures Kang completely willful. Conclusion：Must to this get sick takes, to race against time highly relieves the external pressure, passes along, the prompt incision rapidly reduces opens, avoids in the fascia room the muscle lacking the blood -- dropsy vicious circle, the positive whole body treatment, the enhancement propaganda,improves the psychological quality,avoids the movement damage.
