生肌玉红膏促进结核性肛瘘创口愈合的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：通过与凡士林纱的对比，观察生肌玉红膏对结核性肛瘘术后创口愈合的临床疗效。方法：将结核性肛瘘术后患者按单双日就诊时间分成两组，治疗组（30例）术后采用生肌玉红膏纱换药，对照组（30例）术后采用凡士林油纱换药，观察两组创面愈合情况。结果：治疗组创面渗液干净、肉芽组织出现、上皮组织出现、创面愈合、疼痛程度及时间各不同阶段的时间均优于对照组。统计结果显示，生肌玉红膏在减少创面渗液、增加愈合率、缩短愈合天数等方面的疗效均优于对照组。结论：生肌玉红膏对结核性痈瘘术后创面愈合具有促进作用。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of sk, Yuhong Ointment（SYO）in promoting healing of PostOperative wound of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula. Methods：Sixty cases of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula after operation were divided into group A （SYO： 30）and group B（fL= 30）according to the odd--or even. numbered days of admissions. Group A was treated with extemal application of SYO and group B with extemalapplication of vaseline ointment. After treatment,the healing o{ postoperative wound Was observed in the two groups. Resuits：In group A,the time for the ceasing of exudates from wound surface,for the formation of granulation andepithelial tissue, and for the healing Of wound Was shorter than that in group B. Conclasion：SYO can promote the healing of postoperative wound of tuberculous perianal abscess and anal fistula.
