摘　　要：红霉素A是目前应用的大环内酯类抗生素，但由于抗菌谱窄、酸稳定性差，其应用受到一定限制。第二代大环内酯类抗生素具有良好的抗嚆汐性和酸稳定性，但是面临着越来越严重的耐药性问题。近年来，随着对红霉素研究开发的深入，一些长效、高效、生物利用度好的第三代红霉素衍生物取得重大进展。本文综述了目前红霉素结构改造的研究进展及其新临床应用。Erythromycin A is the present application large ring lactone class antibiotic, but because the antibacterial spectrum narrow, the sour stability is bad, its application.receives certain limit. The second generation of large ring lactone class antibiotic has the good resist bacteria activeness and the sour stability,but is facing the more and more serious dreg resistance problem. In recent years,along with to erythromycin research development thorough, some persistent effects,highly effective, the biological exploitability good third generation erythromycin derivative made the significant progress. This article summarized the present erythromycin structure transformation research progress and the new clinical practice.
