摘　　要：临床诊断学技能操作是临床医学教育的重要环节之一，针对医学教育发展出现的新形势及当代医学生的新特点，传统的带教方式已经不能完全满足目前的教学发展要求．我们以传统的教学方法为基础结合临床实际、社会人文要求进行改进，比传统的教学方法更能调动学生的学习积极性，可以在有限的时间内取得相对较好的教学效果，从而为他们未来的实习和临床工作奠定坚实基础。The clinical diagnostics skill operation is one of clinical medicine education important links,has the new situation and the contemporary medico＇s new characteristic in view of the medicine education development, the traditional guidance and teaching way already cannot satisfy completely present the teaching development request. We take tho traditional teaching method as the foundation union clinical actual, the social humanities request to make the improvement, can arouse student＇s study enthusiasm compared to the tradional teaching method, may obtain the relative good teaching effect in the limited time,thus future the practice and the clinical work will lay the solid foundation for them.
