摘　　要：目的：探讨新时代护士长素质要求。方法：对提高护士长自身素质要求进行分析和总结。结果：护士长要树立先进的护理管理经验，加强自身学习，大胆创新，培养领导艺术和管理能力。总结：护士长要树立终身学习观念，与时俱进，以适应社会的发展和护理改革的需要。Objective：Discussion new times head nurse quality request. Methods：To enhances head nurse own quality to request to carry on the analysis and the summary. Results： Head nurse must set up the advanced nursing managerial experience, strengthens own study, the bold innovation, raises the leadership skill and the managed capacity. Summary： Head nurse must set up the lifelong study idea, keeps pace with the times, adapts society＇s development and the nursing reform need.
