体检人群中3036例甲状腺结节手术患者的相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的：分析甲状腺结节患者的相关因素,为患者健康教育提供方法及依据.方法：通过对本院2005.1-2008.6健康体检人群中由高频超声筛查出甲状腺结节并行手术治疗的3036例患者跟踪分析,利用SPSS13.0统计软件分析甲状腺结节临床资料及相关因素.结果：3036例甲状腺结节手术患者中,病理示良性的为2470例（占81 36%）,病理示恶性的为566例（占18.64%）.甲状腺结节患者中：男女比值为0.27：1;其中＞50岁占37.62%,≤50岁的占62.38%.良恶性甲状腺结节在性别比例及发病年龄差异上均无统计意义（P〉0.05）.结论：甲状腺结节,特别是甲状腺恶性疾病,多数都是无症状的;甲状腺B超对于甲状腺结节的早期诊断有着重要的意义;女性特别是育龄女性是甲状腺结节的高发人群,作为健康管理护理工作者,在对一些特定高压力职业人群的健康应加大关注,在健康宣教等方面因人而已,采取个性化护理及跟踪随访管理.Objective：The analysis thyroid gland tubercle patient＇s eorrelation factor,provides the method and the basis for the patient health education. Methods：Through by high frequency supersonic sieves to this courtyard 2005. 1- 2008.6 healthy physical examination crowds in finds out 3036 example patients who the thyroid gland tuherele parallel surgery treats to traek the analysis, uses the SPSS13.0 statisties software analysis thyroid gland tubercle clinical material and the correlation factor. Results： In 3036 example thyroid gland tubercle surgery patient,the pathology shows benignly is 2470 examples（accounts for 81.36%） ,the pathology shows malignantly is 566 examples（accounts for 18.64%）. In thyroid gland tubercle patient：The male and female ratio is 0.27：1;〉 50 year old occupies 37.62 %,≤50 year--old to account for 62.38%. The good malignant thyroid gland tubercle does not have the statistieal significance in the sex proportion and in the morbidity age difference（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： The thyroid gland tubercle, specially thyroid gland malignant disease,most all is a symptomless;Thyroid gland B surpasses regarding the thyroid gland tubercle early diagnosis has the vital significance;The female is speeially the child--bearing age female is the thyroid gland tubercle sueeeeding in the imperial civil service examinations crowd, took the health management nursing worker,in should enlarge the attention to some specific high pressure professional crowd＇s health, in aspects and so on healthy propaganda because of the human, adopts the personalization to nurse and to track the revisit management.
