摘  要:目的建立数字人脑可视化平台。方法选取中国可视化人(Chinese visible human,CVH)的脑部切片图像,在Windows平台上以VisualC++为开发工具,结合可视化类库VTK,进行数字人脑可视化平台的框架构建、基于MarchingCube(MC)算法的三维重建及基于3DWidget的三维模型交互式虚拟剖切等可视化展示。结果建立了数字人脑可视化平台,实现了多值面绘制和体绘制重建、精确的交互式三维剖切、任意方位虚拟切片的动态观察及三维场景渲染参数动态设置等多种功能。结论数字人脑可视化平台能真实展示人脑的解剖特征,可为人脑解剖教学和脑外科手术计划制定等各种临床应用提供平台支持。Objective the use of the cross-section slice To construct a visualization platform images of human brain selected from of digital human brain. Methods With the Chinese Visible Human Dataset, Visual C ++ and VTK software were adopted to develop the framework of visualization platform and implement the visualization of human brain in Windows operating system, involving 3-D reconstruction based on Marching Cube algorithm and the interactive virtual cutting of the model based on 3-D widget, etc. Results The visualization platform of digital human brain was successfully established, which provided a variety of functions including the multi-value surface reconstruction and volume reconstruction, the accurately interactive 3-D clipping, dynamic observation of virtual slice image in an arbitrary orientation, dynamic setting of rendering parameters and rotation of 3-D model. Conclusion The platform demonstrates the anatomic features of human brain elaborately, and therefore provides a powerful tool to facilitate a series of clinical applications, such as anatomy teaching and planning of brain surgery.
