摘　　要：结合现代教育技术的实际和教育信息化建设发展要求,从德和能两个方面论述了教育技术管理岗位应具备的基本素质。同时,就如何达到这种素质提出了相应对策。In view of the actuality of modern educational technology and needs of educational information development, the paper discusses the basic qualities of educational technology administrators from the perspectives of morality and competence. In addition to this, the authors also put forward measures to achieve the goal.
