含1,3,4-噁二唑的葡萄糖苷衍生物的合成及抑菌活性

摘　　要：Seven new S-and N-β-D-acetylglucosides were synthesized through the glycosylation of 5-aryl-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with bromo-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranoside in ethanol in the presence of potassium hydroxide.Four new β-D-thioglucosides were obtained through the deacetylation of S-β-D-acetylglucosides.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FAB-MS and elementary analyses.Primary antibacterial test against S.aureus,Streptococcus and E.coli showed most of them had good antibacterial activities against S.aureus and Streptococcus.Seven new S-and N-β-D-acetylglucosides were synthesized through the glycosylation of 5-aryl-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with bromo-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranoside in ethanol in the presence of potassium hydroxide.Four new β-D-thioglucosides were obtained through the deacetylation of S-β-D-acetylglucosides.The structures of these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FAB-MS and elementary analyses.Primary antibacterial test against S.aureus,Streptococcus and E.coli showed most of them had good antibacterial activities against S.aureus and Streptococcus.
