摘 要:目的:探讨年轻护士规范化培训的效果。方法:对年轻护士进行规范化培训,理论考核6次,操作技能考核3项,分析规范化培训考核成绩及其影响因素。结果:2007年第一季度护士理论平均考核成绩与2008年和2009年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训措施落实好与落实差的科室护士理论与操作平均考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理工作量比较不影响护士理论考核与操作技能考核(P<0.05)。结论:重视年轻护士规范化培训,可提高其工作能力,增强其自身素质。Objective: To investigate the effect of standardized training for young nurses. Methods: The young nurses received standardized training and had theoretical examination for six times and operating skill examination in 3 items during training, and then examination results of standardized training and influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The difference of aver- age theoretical examination results of the nurses in 2007 was statistically significant compared with the results in 2008 and 2009 (P 〈0. 05) ; the difference was also found in the comparison of average theoretical and operating skill examination results between the departments which organized the training well and poorly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; workload of nursing care did not affect the nurs- ing theoretical and operating skill examination ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Putting emphasis on standardized training for young nurses can improve their working ability and individual quality.
