摘　　要：通过对山东省普通高校高水平运动员文化课学习问题的研究与探讨,得出初步的结论。认为只有制定切实可行的教学计划和行之有效的学习专业,完善并严格落实各项规章制度,才能更好地解决普通高校高水平运动员的文化课学习问题,激发运动员对知识的渴望,从而提高高水平运动员学习成绩和运动水平,为进一步完善我国试办高校高水平运动队的管理模式提供参考。Based on an investigation and research of athletic students＇ literacy study in universities in Shandong province,a preliminary conclusion is obtained and practical teaching plans and programs are made.Only by improving and practicing various regulations,can the problem of athletic students＇ study be solved and their eargerness in knowledge be stimulated,so as to improve their levels both in study and sports.Certain theoretical reference is put forward concerning experimental management model for perfecting China＇s university athletic teams.
